As an Instructional Leader, I see that helping teachers grow is important for our shared vision. My role is more than just managing; I need to guide and support teachers. Using clear standards helps us build a strong learning environment for everyone.

I utilize extensive research on adult learning principles to design and implement effective training programs specifically tailored for teachers.
